Irving Bizar joined the firm in 2001, after heading the firms of Pincus, Munzer, Bizar & D'Alessandro and Bizar Martin & Taub, LLP for 20 years. Prior to that time, he was a partner in Demov, Morris, Levin & Shein. He specializes in complex commercial, securities, stockholder and consumer litigations. He has argued before the United States Supreme Court and many of the federal circuits and state appellate courts throughout the country. He was listed in Who's Who In America and Who's Who In American Law. Mr. Bizar received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, Cum Laude, and his undergraduate degree from the Baruch School of the City University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
