History

Since inception, Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C. has been committed to accommodating the multifaceted needs of our clients, who generally have preferred to retain one firm for all of their business and personal needs. Ballon Stoll has represented institutional clients such as banks and insurance companies, and also municipalities. Our firm over the years, has carefully cultivated and assembled attorneys with a comprehensive knowledge of many areas including corporate, securities, litigation, insurance defense, arbitration, real estate, estate planning, trusts and estates, labor, entertainment, tax, copyright, intellectual property and matrimonial law. Each field is directed by a member of the firm.

In addition, for many years we have worked with overseas clients and have found that, as our economy has moved to globalization, the number of foreign entities and investors whom we have assisted has grown proportionately.
