Ballon Stoll P.C. has been a leader in bankruptcy and debtor rehabilitation since its founding in 1931. In recent years, bankruptcy situations have become increasingly common, primarily as a result of the Bankruptcy Reform Act. By promoting greater flexibility in procedures, the Act eliminated the stigma associated with filing for bankruptcy protection. Reorganization of an ailing debtor has become a given of the XXI century business life.
A salient feature of the firm’s personal service is the practice pioneered by us of providing revenue and sales projections to aid the courts in administering a debtor’s rehabilitation.
