Ballon Stoll P.C.’s Insurance Defense Practice Group is comprised of a team of experienced litigators who are actively engaged in defending the interests of insurance companies.  Ballon Stoll’s work in this area includes personal injury and property damage defense, as well as the defense of lawsuits commenced directly against insurance companies. We currently represent some of the country’s largest general and professional liability carriers and title insurers.

The Insurance Defense Practice Group works closely with claims representatives and their supervisors. Our attorneys assist insurance claims departments by providing updated appraisals of apportionment of liability, jury verdict potential, and settlement value and damages so that carriers may adjust their reserves and determine whether settlement, mediation or litigation is appropriate under the circumstances.  We also advise insurers on policy coverage questions.
