JAMSHIDBEK IBROKHIMOV
Associate Attorney
Jamshidbek Ibrokhimov is an Associate Attorney at Ballon Stoll P.C., where he represents individuals, families, and businesses in a broad range of U.S. immigration matters. His practice includes removal defense, humanitarian immigration, family-based immigration, and employment-based immigration.
Jamshidbek has experience representing clients in proceedings before Immigration Courts, including master calendar hearings, individual hearings, and bond proceedings. He also handles appellate matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals and represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in a variety of immigration matters.
His practice also includes family-based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, employment-based immigration, and consular processing. He has experience assisting businesses and professionals with H-1B, L-1, EB-3, and other employment-based immigration matters.
Before joining Ballon Stoll P.C., Jamshidbek practiced immigration law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Before beginning his legal career in the United States, he gained legal experience in Uzbekistan in both government and private practice.
