Junior Partner

Daryna Semeniuk is a Junior Partner at Ballon Stoll P.C., where she represents entrepreneurs, investors, multinational companies, professionals, and individuals in a broad range of U.S. immigration matters. Her practice focuses primarily on business and employment-based immigration, with particular emphasis on complex immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions for executives, managers, investors, entrepreneurs, individuals of extraordinary ability, and professionals.

Daryna has extensive experience preparing and filing petitions under the EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), O-1, L-1, E-2, PERM, and other employment-based immigration categories. She also represents clients in family-based immigration matters, adjustment of status applications, naturalization, asylum, removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, waivers of inadmissibility, and appeals and motions before USCIS.

In addition to her immigration practice, Daryna advises clients on corporate matters related to business formation, corporate governance, and entity structuring.

Before joining Ballon Stoll P.C., Daryna practiced law in Ukraine as an In-House Counsel and Legal Advisor, where she drafted and negotiated commercial agreements, advised businesses on corporate and regulatory matters, and represented clients in civil and commercial court proceedings.

Having received legal education in Ukraine, the United States, and France, Daryna brings an international perspective to her practice and is committed to helping businesses and individuals successfully navigate complex cross-border legal and immigration matters.
