BINGYANG ZHANG
Associate Attorney
Bing is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Litigation Department. Involved throughout the litigation process, he handles court appearances, discovery, mediations, and preparation of pleadings and motions. He draws on experience working at a few law firms where he handled a diverse civil litigation caseload including tort defense, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation. He has experience representing individuals, business entities, and public-benefit corporations and agencies, in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
Bing is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
