ZHANIYEL BEKPOSSYNOVA
Associate Attorney
Zhaniyel Bekpossynova is an Associate Attorney at Ballon Stoll, P.C., where she focuses on civil litigation, immigration, and corporate matters. She brings over a decade of diverse legal experience, including in-house and international practice, with particular depth in contract law, regulatory compliance, and cross-border corporate operations.
At Ballon Stoll, she handles immigration appeals, family law proceedings, and civil disputes. Her legal practice includes preparing appellate briefs, writs of mandamus, motions to reopen or reconsider, and other litigation-related filings.
Before joining the firm, she served as Corporate and Legal Affairs Manager for Imperial Brands PLC in Central Asia, where she led legal initiatives tied to corporate compliance, government relations, and commercial transactions across multiple jurisdictions. She also has experience supporting IPO preparation and regulatory filings in the natural resources sector and has provided strategic legal counsel in areas such as intellectual property, company formation, and liquidation.
